On November 18, 2007, the Memorial Hall of Wysokie Mazowieckie was opened in the town. The Hall was created on the initiative of the Friends of Wysokie Mazowieckie Society. The permanent exposition is located at the town’s Culture Centre. The exposition is addressed mostly to the young inhabitants of Wysokie Mazowieckie, and the citizens of the town.
Most of the works were conducted by the teachers of the Centre of Professional Education in Wysokie Mazowieckie. The exposition dedicated to the town’s history has a special section reserved for the subjects of the multiculturalism of Wysokie Mazowieckie (sacred places and cemeteries), and for the Holocaust.
The Hall was officially opened by Senator Bohdan Paszkowski, Deputy Jacek Bogucki, Town Mayor Jarosław Siekierko, and the President of the Friends of Wysokie Mazowieckie Society Józef Sokolik.
Material concerning the Jewish community in Wysokie Mazowieckie were led and by Karol Glebocki.
