We would like to inform you that an article written by Herbert Block, entitled "The Restitution of Holocaust-Era Jewish Communal Property: An Unfinished Item on the Jewish Diplomatic Agenda" recently appeared in the Israel Journal of Foreign Affairs, published by the Israel Council on Foreign Relations, which is affiliated with the World Jewish Congress. This latest volume of the journal was issued this week in conjunction with the WJC Plenary Assembly in Jerusalem.
