linia 2021-10-20 Virtual Connections to Material Jewish Heritage in Poland project has just been launched.

We are happy to announce that the Virtual Connections to Material Jewish Heritage in Poland project has just been launched. The project is a public task financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland within the grant competition “Public Diplomacy 2021.

This project is composed of two parts:

·         Project website https://www.synagogues-fodz.com/about-the-project-en

which contains virtual models and tours of historical monuments of the Jewish heritage such as synagogues, pre-funeral home, beit-midrash and cemeteries

 

·         A series of webinars the historical and cultural value of the material Jewish heritage in Poland, and challenges that Polish and Jewish partners, engaged in its preservation, face.
