On June 27, 2010, the 13th “Preserving Memory” annual ceremony took place in the Galicia Museum in Cracow. Its goal is to honor Poles who willingly engage themselves into preserving Jewish Heritage in Poland. Among this year’s recipients of the award were the cooperatives of the Foundation: “Tęcza” Society of Leczna and Malgorzata and Magdalena Ploszaj of Rybnik.

Partnering in the project are: Embassy of Israel, Jewish Culture Festival in Cracow, Michael Traison Fund for Poland, Jewish Historical Institute, the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, the Jewish Community of Kraków, and the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage.
