On October 28, 2009, the students of Middle School No. 5, member of the 'To Bring Memory Back' educational program led by the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland since 2006, along with the volunteers of the Borussia Cultural Community Association, carried out cleanup works at the Jewish cemetery in Olsztyn.

The Borussia Association cares for the cemetery since 2005 on the basis of the agreement signed with the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage in Poland. Within its framework Borussia is carrying out a project of revitalization of the historical former Jewish pre-burial house designed by famous architect Erich Mendelssohn. The building is a property of the Foundation and was made available to the Borussia Association in order to become a Center of Intercultural Dialogue.
